Colorado Front Range

Beef raised the way
it ought to be.

Grass-fed cattle raised on Colorado's high plains, dry aged 21 days. No hormones. No antibiotics. Just honest work and good land.

Our Story

Rooted in ranching tradition.

We raise our own cattle on Colorado's high plains and partner with neighboring ranchers whose families have worked this land for generations. Together, we bring you beef you can trust.

We don't take shortcuts. Our cattle graze freely on native grasses and are processed at local facilities we trust. Every cut represents years of careful stewardship—from pasture to your table.
